This apron can be embroidered with a first name up to 8 characters, initials or a monogram at an additional charge. Please enter each initial in is respective box, i.e. for the name "Michael Frank O'Connor," M = First Name Initial, F = Middle Name Initial, and O = Last Name Initial.

By default, the first letter of the name will be in uppercase and the rest in lowercase.

• For Monogram Font, your initials will appear in the order of First-Last-Middle.
• If you want straight initials, your initials will be First-Middle-Last.
• For Name, please enter a name in the "First Name" box.
• For a Single Initial, please enter only one letter in the "Single Initial" box.
