PERSONALIZATION?By K from Rhode Island on May 19, 2012 The set itself is just ok. The personalization is ONLY on the actual corkscrew / bottle opener. Nothing else is personalized, which is a let down and a half. Items in the set are made relatively well.Pros:-Set is ok

We're sorry you weren't happy with the personalization on your wine gift set. However, this product page does mention that the corkscrew handle is the only piece which can / will be engraved. The other pieces are just too small to engrave!
