On all orders placed online, you will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped.
How to track your package:
After each shipment goes from our warehouse to United Parcel Service (UPS), you will be notified of the tracking number by email within 24-48 hours. If you need another way to track your shipment, enter your phone number in the box below and click "track." Be sure to use the same phone number you entered when you placed your order by phone or online.
Please note: The above tracking method does not apply to products with item numbers starting with "DS" that are "drop shipped" directly from our manufacturers. We will send you a drop ship tracking number by email, once we have been notified that the order has been shipped by our drop shipper or manufacturer.
If your package does not arrive on the schedule date specified on the UPS tracking report, call us so that we can put a tracer on your delayed package.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct, complete street address. We suggest you have items shipped to your office address if no one can be home to accept packages from UPS. My Groomsmen Gifts assumes no liability for packages left by UPS at your door. Please see when "Is a Signature Required for Delivery" webpage.
UPS does not guarantee delivery by a certain date. The estimated 7-10 "business days" shipping time frame does not include weekends. UPS does guarantee timely Next Day, 2nd day and 3rd Day air shipments. However, in the event such air shipments are late, we will credit you back the extra cost of requesting expedited shipping by Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day.
